  This G6 refuses to make ANDROID 9 updates (it was delivered to me with Android 8).
  LG BRIDGE informs me that there is an update, downloads it, then when installing it it tells me this error:
  / e / l / ro
  Then the phone hangs and I have to do a hardware reset.
  While searching the internet, I understand that it sees that the phone is not European and it refuses the update.
  I have the impression that it was made in Hong-Kong with 2 models, or that it is an original 870DS but flanged in Europe version.

  The software I'm on is dated on August 2018, V20c-EUR-XX, LGH870AT-00-V20c-EUR-XX-AUG-17-2018+0.
  The phone doesn't detect any update using OTA, LG Bridge gives me 'j' update, but it fails to update when it passes 5% with an error code "Update Fail, Error code 0x5a32 -Suffix LGH870-.AP4PBK".
  Which firmware from this page should work, preferably as an upgrade (I want to avoid wiping the data).

  Hi admin. I have an LG G6 originally from Movistar Carrier from Peru. It was on version v10a. I updated it to version H87020c_00_OPEN_EU_OP_0817.kdz successfully. I am now wondering if you know which firmware version has voLTE support? Ive heard some firmwares have it enabled and some dont. Also, would it be possible for me to upgrade to version v20e is that version only has July patch but I have August patch?
  
  If not, can I downgrade to a v10a that maybe also has August patch like mine? Or is it impossible to do down a letter version?
  .y bootloader is locked and can't be unlocked.
