Error Code 0x2000 while starting to flash. What to do?

Dear Admin,

You wrote: H81520p_00_0403.kdz is latest firmware for your phone.

But when trying to flash the phone I received the Error Code = 0x2000, TOT antirollback version is smaller than device version.

What to do next?
