LG UP stops working at 4% when i want to install a firmware on LG lmg810eaw , what should i do ?

hello there

alright here's the problem - i've got an LG (G8s) lmg810eaw and an LG (G6) H870ds .

First i tried to install android 9 on the G6 with LG UP and uppercut - successful on the first try then i tried to install android 10 on the G8s it failed multiple times , i've tried everything

Here's what we have - bootloader is unlocked , ive tried LG UP 1.16 and 1.14 - uppercut - specific dll file but she wont budge - I press start in LGUP it goes upto 4% and then stops working and pops out of the lg up

do you have any solutions or suggestion ? please help me thanks

you are flashing a different region firmware despite model could be the same. It happened to me multiple time. Don't go further.....till you get the exact region firmware that matches only then it will work.
