  Hi,
  I have purchased from aliexpress LGV10 H961N from France, and Now I use it for the first time but it doesn't connect to 4G or 3G Networks of France, please guide me that this mobile phone is compatible with France Network? if so please give me a workaround to solve this problem.
  my IMEI are 353829071756717 and 35382971756725 and I upgared it via LGUP to last version (H961N30a_00_0519.kdz) that you suggest it but it does'nt connect to mobile network of france.

    Maybe your phone have problem with network setting. You need visit service center where master can write good QCN (network calibration file).

      Hi, Thank you for your reply,
      I upgraded to version H961N30b_00_0621.kdz via LGUP, but the the result is same and my phone can not connect to France Mobil network and also I have set it with 3G, 2G but result is same. network signal is failed when phone try to connect to France Network.Could you please more explain about service center and writing QCN to resolve this problem.

  Hallo i updated with the WRONG region file now my phone hardware has changed to H960ATR instead of H961N. now i get errors when i try to use the correct

      I have a real problem with my LG V10 and i pray you help me. I had the H961N model with Android 5.1.. I upgrade to Android 7 and get Sim card error. I gave it to a friend and he flashed the phone using the H960 ATR modele. Now i can get network, USMT error. I would like to return to the original H961N Rom, can you help me? Please answer me.   I have a LG V10 H961N, it works very well with the android version v10b-global-com, as soon as I download the software version: V30a-Global-com I have a 02 two problem:
  
  1- the phone warms up.
  2- when I go to the update center - software update - check for updates now: the message: (your device is not registered yet)
  
  could you fix me these 02 problems and that is the best version for my device.
