LG G6 Fingerprint missing issue!

Question

Hello, everybody. I have a LG G6 mobile phone and LG is my fav product company since 2015.. It is for a while I lost my fingerprint option on the menu. Hardware is in good condition, however as a software it is not working and disappeared. My phone model is LG-H870S. Please guide me to fix this problem and get back fingerprint function !

Try make hard reset.

Thank you very much! I tried it as well. Not worked again. I decide to take it to the local customer service and they changed fingerprint sensor. Now it is working properly. The problem was in the  hardware actually!
