LG G pad freeze at 2nd logo screen

Hi

My LG G pad II suddenly freeze at logo screen. I changed battery but the issue.

Then hard reset . But the result is same.

freezes at logo U + LTE ME screen even during hard reset.

I hard reset but it stucks on the same logo screen.
