phone stuck in fastboot mode

hello i tried to update my lg g7+ dual sim using the method listed in the website but when it reached 80% suddenly a error message appeared. now when i switch on my phone, it will be  stuck in the fastboot mode. i don't know how to fixed it. pls help me.

You need put phone in download mode again and try reflash.

i can no longer go into download mode already. it will just go straight to the fastboot screen.
