V40 - After Hard Reset Cannot Install Apps from Google Play Store

Question

I have V40(Model LMV409N). Recently stuck at Home screen and I had to hard reset to. Now phone function is normal. all default apps are working. But, when I try to install a new app from play store (ex Facebook) it doesnt get installed and show the message

"Can't install. Try again, and if it still doesn't work, see common ways to fix the problem"

I cleared both Cashe and Data in play store app but no luck
