LG Velvet LM-G900UMW Dual sim stuck at Android 10 how to get it to Android 11, 12

Hello, I have this velvet and cannot find any info around the UMW model?

Also, it is still Android 10

V10c-TWN-XX

I thought these phones would auto update to Android 11 and then 12?

Anyone know anything around this?

Updates this to Canadian firmware to to UM designation. got it to Android 12. Worked fine except for Network error NT code FFFFFF at start up.

As I cant find anything about UMW model, I flashed to EMW - Taiwan Android 12 all working no NT code issues.

Whoever refurbished this mob did a job on it to show UM, and Sim IMEI says it is an LG wing!! wish I had these skills!
