LG G6 VS988 assisntance needed to add Brazilian Portuguese language

Hi I need some help to add Brazilian Portuguese language on my LG G6 VS988 from Verizon.Its updated to Android 9.0  and  I live in Brazil. Here the LG G6 sold was  the H870. How can I add the Brazilian Portuguese language on this model, change the region as well as the phone number displayed on my device?  Looking forward to reading some guidance. Thanks in advance

Better  can't convert VS988 to H870.
