como atualizar V40 AT&T em outro pais?

Bom dia , tenho um V40 thinq com a rom da AT&T , mais estou no Brasil, alguem sabe como consigo atualizar o android dele que eainda no android 8?

Modelo LM-V405UA.

tentei via LG UP mais da erro.

Hello,

You can update AT&T phones only via OTA update and only from USA.
