there are no free slot to download .try at start of the next hours, whats the meaning "no free slot ?"

Currently we can share 30 files per hour for users or 30 * 24 hour = 720 per day.

We working for improve servers and we try enable more free downloads from 1 September.

Server auto open 30 slots at start of the hour.
