When phone stuck on LG logo you need press and hold Vol - and Power button. When phone start reboot you need unhold Vol- button and press again.

You need make hard reset.
After upgrading V500N (SKT) from 10q to 20o version, I ca n’t talk! The phone ca n’t be called and I ca n’t answer it! But the network is normally available
If you are using LG UP then use refurbish which will factory reset and therefore wipe your phone so backup data before you start. First use upgrade in lgup and go back to your original firmware then backup your data.
LG UP also uses refurbished equipment, and it will already restore factory settings! But the problem remains!

but after finish update, i must enter password (30 attempts remaining)
when i put my last password, it can't open the phone (now just 23 attempts remaining)
