I have a LG L39C model phone with Android os 4.1.2 and I am trying to update the phone to Android 4.4.4. My first problem is that the phone will not go into Download Mode like the videos shows. The second problem that I have is that the LG UP software recognizes the phone as unknown and will not let me flash it. How do I upgrade the phone if the model of the phone is not recognized by the LG UP software?
