Update firmware LG V20 (US996)

My name is Yanto (from indonesia), i have done un update my phone with OS 8, previous my OS is nougat (7.0). but after update, my simcard is not support , can you help me to solving my problem? can i restore to android 7?

Please use contact us form on site and send phone IMEI. We check your model and region. Maybe you flash isn't correct firmware.
