LG v50 (v500N), Need password after firmware update

I had update with V500N20m_00_KT_KR_OP_0310.kdz firmware

but after finish update, i must enter password (30 attempts remaining)

when i put my last password, it can't open the phone (now just 23 attempts remaining)

Anybody know to solve this problem please..
