uppercutter fails.source file not found.

Running uppercutter I get following message: c:\users\xXxX\app data\roaming\temp\f9fb5bd\tempfolder\uppercut.exe

Upper cutter fails source file not found.
My virus checker is turned off.
Verify that the file exists and that you can access it. Please advise.thank you.
