I have an stock LG K51S , imported from colombia to UK

Are the ROMS here in LG-Fanclub optimised in anyway over the stock ROM ( https://lg-firmwares.com/lg-lmk510hm-firmwares/ )

I have already unlocked it to work with UK networks , just wondering if its worth flashing?
