Finding Firmware for ATT LG G8

I have an ATT Lg G8 with the IMEI 353816100073628

Could anyone help me find the specific firmware files I would need to flash Android 10 and 11? I’m confused by the regions.

And if I understand correctly if i get the correct firmware file I can flash it with LG UP correct?
