I have a G3 985 from Verizon. I am trying to reflash it to see if it will fix another issue with the backlight going off. I've read several posts all over about putting it in download mode but the phone just boots normally. I've tried the whole USB and volume up in several different ways. Is there some way the download mode could be messed up? I'm kind of lost.
