                Do you use download firmware on PC or in phone? For flashing you must use Windows based PC.

                  Yes. I used LGUP, LG Bridge as well as LG Flash Tool and none can upload Oreo to this phone. I used programs on two different computers. One of Windows 10 and the other Windows 7. I even found this site https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=76713380&postcount=11 and there I checked the flash lock and it is turned off.

                    Hello,
                    I've already updated to Oreo on the network from which I have a phone. The interface is very nice. Unfortunately, there is a bug because the update reduced the volume on the handset by some 30%. Maybe they'll fix it someday. I managed to get back to 7.0 because I care about the quality of calls.
