    2. If you flash firmware from another region you can't receive OTA update in future. You start receive OTA update when flash back your region.

  The result was that flashing process stopped in the middle and after forced reboot I lost the system and even download mode, only fastboot menu working -- now the phone is serviced as I probably did something wrong due to unclear instructions. Could the 100% reliable method be advised here?

            You can't receive OTA because your stock region is TIM. After flash back TIM region you receive OTA again.
