Better can't convert .
For AT&T H931, unless you are an AT&T customer you will not receive updates. Instead you have to convert the H931 phone to carrier unlocked US998. Then you can download US998 KDZ from this website and install them via LGUP. Google Frankenstein LG V30.
This also applies to the Sprint LS998. Neither Sprint nor AT&T publicly release their LG firmware.
