flash tool 2014 does not complete.

I downloaded above firmware as requested but was not able to update my phone. Running flash tool 2014 got this message on the third step: UPGRADING PHONE: "required Info cannot be found." Please advise next steps. Thank you.

Because for this model you must use LG UP with UPPER CUT like in this manual https://lg-firmwares.com/how-to-flash/
