Updating an LG V350AWM

Question

I have an LG V350AWM unlocked phone, bought on Ebay.  It was apparently built for the Mexican market.  The latest firmware for this phone on this website is from February, and is Android 8.

I'm using the phone on Cricket, and it works fine, but I am not getting over-the-air security or OS updates, even when checked manually.

Is there any way to update this phone to Android 9?

You can update AT&T phones only from USA. You can't update abroad USA.

If you are not using an AT&T sim card,  using LGUP via a PC is the only way to update Android 9. There are some instruction topics on XDA, find it there.
