- Turn on your device.
- In the Menu go to "Settings".
- Now, choose "Memory/Reset" .
- Then, select "Reset private data".
- Confirmation codes: 0000 or 1234.
- Your phone will now restart.
- Remember! The memory of your device cannot be restored..
